Danielle Cartwright
Founding Member
Danielle has worked in the FinTech industry for more than 25 years, most recently as COO of Technology at Liquidnet Holdings. She has currently started Run Your Business Solutions as a specialty consulting firm that specializes in helping small and medium size businesses with C-Level expertise and finding efficiencies to hone their business operations for maximum results.
Danielle loves youth sports, cooking and baking, music, traveling, American History, TV shows specifically NOVA and anything on Investigation ID or History Channel...and in her spare time she day trades and manages the day-to-day operations of PG4Kids. Her favorite quote is "to whom much is given, much is asked..."
Danielle has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a minor in Computer Science at the Pennsylvania State University.
Patrick Dalien
Founding Member
Patrick is currently a Senior Territory Business Manager for Biogen and is currently partnering with medical doctors with Multiple Sclerosis treatments. He as been in the biotech industry for over 20 years and has worked in multiple organizations including GSK and Gilead covering various disease states in mental health as well as cardiology.
Patrick is very busy with youth sports, specifically travel baseball which is now a year around. He loves watching sports, specifically the NY Giants, the Mets, and the Knicks. He's been known to watch the Pittsburgh Steelers from time to time as well. Mostly he loves watching Patrick Grayson play his various sports and just hanging with the family.
Patrick has earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from NYIT and an MBA from Dowling College.
Donna Impagliazzo
Board Member
Donna Impagliazzo is Vice President at BNY Mellon Securities Corporation. Her specific areas of expertise are operations and compliance.
Donna is passionate about utilizing her time, skills and experience to help others whether it be supporting charitable organizations, corporate sponsored events and/or mentoring. When not working she enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
Donna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics/Economics from Fordham University.
Hollie Garrido
Board Member
Hollie Garrido is Vice President at JPM Chase. Her specific areas of expertise are Project Management and Finance.
Hollie is extremely organized and enjoys thinking “outside the box” to help resolve complex situations. When not working she enjoys photography, traveling, baking, and spending time with family and friends. Hollie is a Den Leader and Achievements Chair with Cub Scout Pack 406 and is an active member of her local PTA.
Hollie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from New York University.

Sophia Vourdoukis
Board Member
Sophia is President of V Workroom, a post production studio specializing in digital imaging and manipulation, GIFs, cinemagraphs, stop motion and CGI.
She has worked for over 20 years within the creative advertising industry with clients such as Reese's, Gap, Warby Parker, Olay, Samsung, and Dove to name a few.
In her spare time, Sophia loves creating wacky cakes, drawing on various walls of her home and watching animated and sci-fi films with her daughter and husband, traveling as extensively as possible and making fun photo albums of her family's wanderlust.
She graduated with Honors from the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and a Minor in Art Education.
Abby Alfano

Abby is a sophomore at Islip High School
Abby is passionate about using her abilities to help those around her in creative and innovative ways.
She enjoys reading, musical theatre, embroidery and spending time with those she loves.

Stefan Blaszczak
Board Member
Stefan is a senior at SUNY Albany majoring in cybersecurity and minoring in business.
He is passionate about giving back to his community through various community service events.
In his spare time he enjoys expanding his knowledge in global politics and above all else, hanging out with friends.
